Franconia is a “gamble in a pink dress” to the oenology. The sparkling process takes place according to the Charmat process in steel autoclaves. The second fermentation (“prise de mousse”) lasts 60 days obtaining a dry sparkling wine with a sugar residue of 20 g/L.

delicate floral notes remind the rose and are intertwined to fruity notes as cherry and prune. They blend in order to give an extraordinary bouquet.
to the palate it is soft and at the same time dry thanks to a lively acidity. It is fruity and it has got a persistent aroma. It remind fruits as raspberry and currant.
