DOP FRIULI COLLI ORIENTALI
This autochthonos variety of wine with white berry has got ancient origins and it is the flag of the region. It finds excellent distribution especially in the hill zone.
The year 2007 for Tocai and for Friuli is a year to remember. Beacuse of the homonymous Hungarian variety of wine, the Court of Justice of the European Union after many vicissitudes sentences that the name”Tocai Friulano” must bu replaced with the name “Friulano”.

|COLOUR:||straw yellow with greenish shades|
|FRAGRANCE:||delicate, pleasant. It reminds wild flowers and green apple blossom|
|TASTE:||dry wine, intense and velvety. It has gt moderate acidity and characteristic bitter almond ending|
|MATCHES WITH FOODS:||it is all long the wine of Friuli, in fact it is classic to find it in the typical “tajut”(glass of wine in Friulian) of the Friulian taverns. It is great during happy hour with appetizers, but also with San Daniele ham, lean starters, broth, fish and shelsfish or with white meat. Therefore it is a wine suitable for the entire meal and it is a classic of the Friulian gastronomy.|
